Okay if your like me and are obsessed with finding the BEST cookie recipe, here is on to add to your to bake list!

Crunchy outside and soft inside, these cookies are one of my top 10..fave cookie recipes.







This recipe will make you 29 cookies.

Ingredients:

150g Unsalted Butter softened

80g Dark Brown Sugar

80g Caster Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla Paste

1 Egg

225g Plain Flour

½ tsp Bi Carb

¼ tsp Salt

200g Chocolate Chips










Method:

  • Using the paddle or K attachment, cream butter, both sugars and vanilla till smooth and creamy.

  • Add in the egg and mix, making sure you scrape down the sides and mixing till the egg has incorporated into the butter mixture.

  • Add in the flour, salt and bi carb, mix till combined, then add in the chocolate chips. Mix till evenly distributed.

  • Roll 1 table spoon of cookie dough into a ball, place onto a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Pre heat oven to 170c

  • Evenly space out chilled cookies and do not flatten. Make sure there is space between each cookie as they do spread a little.

  • Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. If you don't want a crunchy cookie bake for less.
