Savory Loaf

Probably one of the most basic savory loaf you'll ever eat, but gosh it's so fully of flavour.
This recipes makes one 9 inch loaf.
Ingredients:
A
225g Self Rising Flour 100g Garana Padano or Parmesan
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
B
90g Vegetable Oil 100g Milk
2 Eggs
1 ½ tbs Capsicum Pesto – optional
3 tsp Chilly
C 3 tsp Chilly – optional
Chives
Parmesan – shaved
Note:
This can be used to make muffins.
You can also add anything you like to this, just make sure you keep the batter the same consistency.
Method:
Pre heat oven to 180c
Mix A together and set aside.
Mix B together till everything is well incorporated, then pour into A. Using an electric mixer, whisk till everything has combined. It should be a thick batter.
Using a spatula, mix in C till evenly distributed.
Add batter to a lined loaf tin, add some extra shaved parmesan to the top and bake for around 40 minutes. The outside should be golden brown all over.
This loaf should be crispy on the outside but nice and soft on the inside.
