Lemon Brownies

This ones for all you lemon lovers!
This brownie is soft, lemony and delicious. Super easy to make, the only thing that is hard is the wait time for this thing to cook! :( We have to wait quite a bit before we can eat it.
This recipe will make one 8 inch square pan.
Ingredients:
A
300g Caster Sugar
2 Lemons zested
B
170g White Chocolate
170g Unsalted Butter
C
3 Eggs
1 Lemon Juiced
D
287g Plain Flour
¼ tsp Salt
Method:
Pre heat oven to 160c
In a bowl, rub A together and set aside for 5 minutes.
Melt B, stir to combine, then add into A and whisk together.
Add C into the mixer and whisk till combined.
Add in D and whisk till the flour is well incorporated.
Pour mixture into a lined baking pan and bake for around 55 minutes. It should be golden brown, not wobbly, set but the skewer shouldn’t come out completely clean.
Once cooled, either leave plain or top with an icing, then cut into portions.
I mixed icing sugar with water and lemon juice together to get a thick constancy, then mixed in some yellow food colour.
