Hot Chocolate Mix

This is a rich homemade hot chocolate mix, that can easily be customized to your own taste.
It reminds me of the hot chocolates I use to get at the Lindt Café in Melbourne when I was studying at William Angliss.

Dark Blend:
85g Caster Sugar
130g Cocoa Powder
175g Dark Chocolate
110g Milk Chocolate
White Blend:
215g icing Sugar
5g Vanilla Paste
285g White Chocolate
Peppermint Bland:
85g Caster Sugar
130g Cocoa Powder
100g Dark Chocolate
100g White Chocolate
100g Milk Chocolate
Candy Canes
Method:
Add everything to a blender and mix till chocolate has broken up.
Don't over mix, otherwise the mixture will go clumpy.
Store in an air tight container or jar. This should last a few months.
