Homemade Pasta

My first time making pasta and I did not enjoy it! It was a work out haha BUT I did it and everyone enjoyed it.
As usual the tutorial will be linked at the end x
Ingredients:
A ½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
560g 00 Flour
211g Semolina Flour
B 4 Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
½ cup Warm Water
2tbs Olive Oil
Method:
Mix A till all combined.
Mix B till all combined.
If you are doing it by hand create a well with A and pour B into the centre and gradually start mixing the two together till a dough forms.
If you're using the mixer, slowly pour B in and mix till a dough forms.
If you think the dough is too dry add a little more warm water. The dough shouldn’t be sticky but it shouldn’t be dry either.
Kneed for 10-15mins.
Glad wrap and refrigerate for 30mins.
Using the pasta machine roll out to setting 8, then cut your pasta length and put it through the fettuccini setting.
Completely coat your pasta with flour and let sit on a floured tray at room temp and cover with a tea towel, if you’re not cooking right away.
When you're ready to cook your pasta, dust off as much flour as you can before cooking your pasta as normal.
