Alright this is a super easy and quick recipe! You can pretty much do whatever you want with it.
I rolled some in chocolate sprinkles and in the other part, I added crushed marie biscuits & coconut to make a cheats Hedgehog slice! This will make one 9 inch pan!
Just be carful when you remove the gladwrap.. make sure you get it all off. I almost ate some!
I use gladwrap as that's what I first saw but you can use baking paper as well.
Ingredients:
1 tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
175g Dark Chocolate
175g Milk Chocolate
50g Unsalted Butter
¼ tsp Salt
Note:
This is a base recipe, meaning you can add anything to this or use a different chocolate.
Store fudge in the pantry or fridge.
You can also add the hot fudge to a bowl, allow to fully cool, then roll into balls and cover with chocolate sprinkles.
Method:
Place all ingredients into a pot and place on low heat.
Stirring constantly so the chocolate doesn’t burn, heat until everything has melted and has come together.
Continue cooking till the mixture has thickened. You don't want this to boil. Once it has thickened remover from the heat. (here is where you can add your extra bits)
Line a tin with gladwrap and pour the fudge in and cover the top with more gladwrap.
Allow to cool down at room temperature before cutting into portions.
