Dad's Gravy, Mayo Chilli Sauce

This sauce is very easy and quick to make. It's spice level is about a 7 to 8 but you can 100% adjust this to your liking, it also is slightly sweet thanks to the bbq sauce.
This recipe is from my dad, Dante. He kindly and with great patients measured EVERYTHING out so I can share it with you guys. I'm sure as we all know Chefs don't seem to measure anything, they go on feel and taste.
You would also use this sauce just like you would BBQ or Tomato sauce.

This recipe will also make around 3L
Ingredients:
100g Magi Rich Gravy Mix
600g Water
1,500kg Mayonnaise - If you want it lighter in colour and more on the mayo side, add more
2 cooking spoons Chilly – crushed (those big cooking spoons)

1 cooking spoon Garlic – crushed (those big cooking spoons)
1 cup BBQ Sauce
3 heaped tbs Smoked Paprika
3 tbs Onion Powder
½ tbs Salt
1 heap tbs Cayennen Pepper
4 heaped tbs Dejon Mustard
1/3 cup Olive Oil
Method:
Make the gravy as per instructions on the container and allow to fully cool down. This is meant to be a much thicker mixture.
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, even the cooled gravy. Whisk on medium to high speed, till everything is combined.
Make sure you scrape down the sides and taste it at the end. You may want to make some adjustments.
Pour mixture into sterilized jars and keep refrigerated.
