Crinkle Cookies

When you feel like a brownie & a cookie, these are PERFECT! To me these cookies are like eating a brownie but in biscuit form!
This recipe will make you around 22 cookies.
Ingredients:
A
60g Cocoa Powder
200g Caster Sugar
60g Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
B
1 tsp Baking Powder
180g Plain Flour
¼ tsp Salt
Icing Sugar
Method:
Using the paddle or K attachment, mix A until combined. It will be super soft and just droop.
Add in B and mix until it comes together.
Gladwrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pre heat oven to 170c
Roll 1 table spoon of the cookie dough into a ball, then roll into the icing sugar. Place onto a lined baking tray and slightly flatten using your palm.
Bake for 12 minutes and allow to cool before eating…if you can wait.
