Chocolate Crackles

This brings me back to my childhood. These were at every birthday party I went to.

It's a super easy recipe, straight froward recipe and it doesn't take much time to make :)


This recipe makes around 21 'cupcakes'.


Ingredients:

250g Copha

230g Caster Sugar

40g Cocoa Powder

75g Coconut

255g Coco Pops






Note:

  • If there’s too much liquid at the bottom of the bowl, just add some more coco pops.









Method:

  • In the microwave or on the stove, melt the copha and set it aside.

  • In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and give them a good mix.

  • Pour in the copha and mix really well, making sure that all the coco pops are coated.

  • Line a cupcake tray with liners and add around 2 table spoons of the mix in.

  • Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to harden up.
